Mike has 27 years of Information Technology and business knowledge. He commenced his working career at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in the System Operations division, working his way to Computer Facilities Manager at the Universal Exchange Corporation / Bankserv.
Mike changed from customer to supplier when he joined Platinum Technology as the Technical Manager for the company's range of software products. His responsibilities included management of the pre-sales technical staff, the internal IT Support, post-sales support and the Helpdesk in all the regions of South Africa, which included offices in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. In 1999 Computer Associates acquired Platinum Technology at which point Mike moved to Senior Sales Executive for strategic accounts.
At the beginning of 2002 he left Computer Associates to start Cylon Technology.
